HEALTHYLICIOUS NUTRITIONAL CENTER

Upland, CA

Healthylicious is a Nutritional Center that was designed to meet the client's expectations. This project was successfully approved by the City of Upland, CA., and the Health Department. Equipped with air conditioning, a dining area, a smoothie bar, a prep area with prep sink, a storage room with a janitor sink, a three-compartment sink, a hand sink, and an ADA all-gender use restroom.

PROCESS
OF DESIGN

SITE VISIT

The site visit consists of field measuring and documenting the existing site layout which includes the site, property line, existing home, and garage.

PLANNING

Once we've measured the property, we will then generate a concept design and present the proposed plan to the City for review and approval.

The Planning Division is responsible for meeting the community's current and future land use, urban design, economic, transportation, and housing needs by updating and maintaining the City's General Plan and development codes. The Division utilizes these documents as guidelines for the ongoing development of policies and programs.

DESIGN

After obtaining approval from the planning department, the final design will be finalized by providing a site plan, floor & roof plan, building elevations and sections, lighting plan, foundation and framing plans along with a Title 24 energy calculation report.

PERMITS

Lastly, after finalizing the design, we will then submit plans to the City and obtain approval and permit ready.
